FitTin is simple to use – simply pick a workout card and work your way through it!
With FitTin you can train as many times as you like per week Рonce, twice, three or more times, making your way through a new card at each training session. With 20 workout cards to get through you FitTin will last anywhere from 4 weeks (if you train x5 times per week) to 20 weeks (if you train x1 time per week).
Once you’ve made your way through the whole tin, you can go back to beginning and repeat each card, noting how far you’ve come since you first started.
Depending on your fitness level and how you like to train (with no props, with your own props or at the gym), you can find the right FitTin for you.
